Day 0: Reach Trivandrum
After pickup from Trivandrum Airport/Central Railway Station/Bus Station, guests will be taken to the hotel for check-in.
Day 1: Exploring Temples & Cultural Monuments

- The Kanakakunnu Palace
Day 2: Beaches & Adventures
- Kovalam Beach
- Hawa Beach
- Azhimala Siva Temple
Day 3: Wrap Up
Check-out at 11 am after which the guest will be dropped back at the Airport/Railway Station/Bus Station.

Trip Exclusions
- To-and-fro fares of Airline(s)/Railways/Bus
- Charges for Entry Fee, Camera Fee and Activities/Rides not mentioned in the itinerary
- Any food or beverage not included in the package, like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/snacks/refreshments/lunch on the go, etc.
- Anything that is not mentioned under “Trip Inclusions”
Payment Policy
- 50% of cost of package to be paid as advance, at least 16 days before start date of tour – or earlier.
- 75% of the cost of package to be paid within 15 days before start date of tour.
- Full cost of package to be paid – mandatorily, at least one day before start date of tour.
Cancellation Policy
No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking advance amount for any cancellations. However:
- If cancellations are made 20 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15 to 7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made within 7 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
Note: In case of any unforeseen weather conditions and/or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, everything possible will be done to accommodate an alternative activity (that’s feasible/viable). Please note that no refund will be provided.
- We cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, such as acts of nature that result in a disaster, wars, civil unrest and government orders, among others (like bandh/hartal, etc.).
- Additionally, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances like schedule changes, accidents, damage due to fire, immigration restrictions, or health crises of any kind that may impact your tour.
- We cannot be held responsible for any theft, food-borne illnesses, or accidents that may occur during leisure/water/adventure activities.
- Any cost of any kind arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, closure of the place that falls within the itinerary, government restrictions, etc., and has to be entirely borne by the customer – on the spot.
- Please note that the itinerary provided is a suggested plan, and the actual coverage may vary based on your individual pace and time management. We cannot be held responsible for any attractions and/or activities that may be missed due to your time constraints.
- The (default) duty time of the driver of private vehicle will be from 8 am to 7 pm only – except for the pickup. The extra-time services for the driver, according to the location of hotels, will be charged at ₹250/- per hour.
- The kilometre reading will be calculated from Trivandrum Airport/Central Railway Station/Bus Station.
- The quotation provided is based on the itinerary specifically discussed. Any extra kilometres arising out of stops that is not part of the discussed itinerary will incur extra charges, and the same shall be payable directly to the driver.
- Management will not be liable for any missing items of guests across the duration of the tour.
- Guests are suggested to travel light, as we aim to travel minimally during the tour.
- Our itinerary may be subject to change due to reasons including but not limited to bad weather, road conditions, participant abilities, etc.
- We reserve the right to adjust/modify the schedule for reasons including but not limited to safety, comfort and overall well-being of our guests.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol is not allowed in private transport vehicle.
- ExploreVarkala.com reserves the right to end the tour of a guest, at any time, in the event of any inappropriate behaviour/conduct on their part. No refunds will be given in such cases.
- The individual on whose name the tour is booked will be liable for damage to any of the fittings and/or items in the hotel room/resort/camp; and will be responsible to pay for the damage(s), if any.
- If any of the places mentioned in the sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given.
- Rates provided rates are subject to change based on availability, changes in hotels, fuel rates, etc.
